I uploaded a Tutorial for Flower Fridgies just for Katie Bray over at Twelvedaysold. I really hope you try them (hehe I have almost won the battle to get you crocheting.)

a crochet and knitting blog for the wannabe needle-crafter with a dash of my latest obsessions

How did you know that naming a post after me and then dedicating two whole videos to show me how to crochet would get me to dig through my knitting needles to find that elusive crochet hook? And then not finding it so I have to go to my sister's to borrow one of her's?
HOW DID YOU KNOW?
Hopefully by tomorrow I will have some pictures to send you, if I can master this blasted single crochet.
OMG are you amazing or what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are beyond creative..............I didnt expect this when I clicked on your blog.

I somehow got 4 petals instead of 5, but I'm impressed, if I do say so myself. I had to stop using cotton yarn because my hands were so sweaty (attractive, right?) and switching to something else did the trick.
@priti - well all the credit goes to the lovely lady that developed the pattern over at Salihan Crafts.
@Katie - I am soooo proud of you!!!!!!!!So what do you think? Sometimes the cheap acrylic yarns are the easiest to manipulate.
Because you were in the top nine for participation in my community, you were spotlighted as a Rockin' Friend this week

I blogged about my crocheting success. Visit if you like (go ahead, I dare you).
Okay, ONE MORE comment on this subject, I promise! Could you email me at twelvedaysold@gmail.com? I'd like to send you some photos of properly done ones and stop adding a million comments (exaggeration much?) on one blog post.
You have received a blog award....
